Stripe Checkout on the web after you create an agency account, or Apple
In-App Purchase in the PalmCare iOS app.

signed up at when grandfathered. The prices below apply to new subscriptions.

## PalmCare Mobile
- Price: $89.99/month
- Annual: $899.99/year (about 17% off)
- Free trial: 30 days
- Assessments: 8 per month
- Clients: up to 20
- Includes: iPhone assessments, AI voice-to-contract, SOAP notes and billables,
  50-state compliance engine, HIPAA BAA
- Does not include: web CRM (upgrade to Office)
- Overage: $12 per extra assessment past the cap (web card billing), up to
  double the monthly cap
- Best for: solo operators who document on iPhone

## PalmCare Office
- Price: $149.99/month
- Annual: $1,499.99/year (about 17% off)

- Clients: up to 50
- Includes: everything in Mobile, plus web CRM, team seats within plan,
  pipeline and calendar basics
