Can I use my existing contract templates?

PalmCare generates the service agreement from the visit using the PALM template and your state rules. Agencies review and send that document. Custom Word or PDF uploads are not supported today.

PalmCare pulls billable items from the assessment conversation and surfaces hours, rates, and services for review. It is not a full claims-submission billing system.

Extra assessments on web billing are $12 each past the cap. Subscribers from before September 18, 2026 keep their old price. Mobile and Platform include a 30-day free trial on web (Stripe) or iPhone (Apple).

All plans include email support and a HIPAA BAA. Platform and Enterprise get faster response. Enterprise quotes can include a dedicated success contact.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Web subscribers cancel from Billing, Manage billing (Stripe portal). Apple subscribers cancel from iPhone Settings, Subscriptions. You keep access through the end of the billing period.
