Do I need a payment method for the free trial?+
Yes. After you create your agency account, start the 30-day free trial on the web with Stripe, or in the PalmCare iOS app with Apple In-App Purchase. Creating a web account alone does not unlock assessments.
What is the difference between Mobile and Platform?+
Mobile ($119.99/mo or $1,199.99/yr) includes iPhone assessments and web CRM with 15 assessments and 30 clients per month. Platform ($249.99/mo or $2,499.99/yr) raises those caps to 30 assessments and 150 clients, and adds team seats plus fuller CRM tools. Enterprise is a custom quote.
What happens if I use all my assessments in a month?+
You are never blocked mid-visit. Agencies billed by card on the web keep recording at $12 per extra assessment, billed on the next invoice, up to double the plan cap. Apple-billed plans pause at the cap until the month resets, or you can upgrade for a higher cap.
I subscribed at the old price. Does my bill change?+
No. Subscribers keep the price they signed up at, on web and on iPhone. The new prices apply only to new subscriptions started after September 18, 2026.
Is there an annual discount?+
Yes. Annual plans save more than 10% versus paying monthly. Mobile annual is $1,199.99 (about 17% off). Platform annual is $2,499.99 (about 17% off). Toggle Annual on this page or on Billing to subscribe yearly.
Can Mobile subscribers use the web CRM?+
Yes. Mobile includes web CRM with caps: 15 assessments and 30 clients per month. Upgrade to Platform for higher limits and team features.
How do subscriptions and payments work?+
On the web, Mobile and Platform use Stripe Checkout after you create an account. Pick monthly or annual before checkout. On iPhone, you can subscribe with Apple In-App Purchase in Settings → Your Plan. Enterprise is sold with a custom quote.
What happens after the 30-day trial?+
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan renews at the listed monthly or annual price. Web (Stripe) customers manage billing at palmcareai.com/billing. Apple customers manage it in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Can I upgrade from Mobile to Platform?+
Yes. On the web, open Billing and change your plan. In the iPhone app, go to Settings → Your Plan and switch to PalmCare Platform.
How do I cancel?+
Web subscribers cancel from Billing → Manage billing (Stripe portal). Apple subscribers cancel from iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
